18th - 19th Centuries
This Russian jewelry, combining amber, pearls and the delicate Bukhara cap reflect the lavishness of Russian court jewelry during the 18th and 19th centuries. Amber (fossilized tree resin) was though to bring its wearer happiness and good health.
